Project Proposal. In response to a Project RFP, the Architect shall provide Owner with a written Project Proposal. The Project Proposal shall include the following: An narrative description of Architect’s understanding of the project scope of work; A detailed statement of the basic and additional services anticipated for the project, including a list of deliverables; A description of particular phases of the scope of the work, if applicable; A Fee Proposal detailing: the total fee for providing the basic services expressed as a “Not to Exceed” amount; the total fee for providing additional services expressed as a “Not to Exceed” amount; and the total anticipated amount for reimbursable expenses; A proposed date to commence the work; A list of all consultants, persons and firms that Architect proposes to use in the performance of Architect’s scope of work; A schedule of hourly billing rates for any consultants that Architect proposes to use in the performance of Architect’s scope of work; A HUB Subcontracting plan, if required; Any qualifications or conditions applicable to the Project Proposal; and A summary statement of the amount of all previous proposals entered into under this Agreement to date.

The Project Proposal shall include the following: A narrative description of Contractor’s understanding of the project scope of work; A Cost Proposal (prepared in accordance with Article 7, below) detailing: the cost of the ‘pre-priced’ items as taken from the unit price guide; the cost of any ‘non-pre-priced’ items; any other costs that the Contactor intends to charge to the project; a statement that all Contractor fees, overhead expenses and general conditions are included in the Cost Proposal; and a lump sum figure for performing the work, if appropriate; A proposed date to commence the work; A list of all subcontractors that Contractor proposes to use in the performance of the work; A HUB Subcontracting plan, if required; Any qualifications or conditions applicable to the Project Proposal; and A summary statement of the amount of all previous proposals entered into under this Agreement to date.
Project Proposal. 3.04.1 In response to a Project RFP, Engineer shall provide Owner with a written Project Proposal. The Project Proposal shall include the following:
Project Proposal. As used herein, “Project Proposal” shall mean the project proposal attached at Exhibit 1.
Project Proposal. The Project Proposal included in Schedule 2 (Project Proposal, Budget and Reporting) of this Agreement is a summary of the approved work plan recorded in the online funding management system (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). The complete work plan, as approved in the online funding management system, is the primary record of the Project Information for the purposes of the Agreement and will be subject to the conditions of the Agreement. Project Proposal. 1. Offers shall be made in the form of a project proposal for design, digital, consumer research, consultancy, workshops, lectures and coaching. A project proposal shall be made in writing and shall in any event contain a description of the work, method, planning and financials.
Project Proposal. 24.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings in reference thereto between the Parties.
Project Proposal. At or prior to the Design Completion Meeting described in Exhibit A, Design/Builder shall provide Public Agency with a proposal setting forth a proposed Scope of Construction Work, a proposed Project Fee, and any other information required to be included therein pursuant to Exhibit A (the “Project Proposal”). Unless the Project Proposal states otherwise, the pricing set forth in the Project Proposal will remain valid for sixty (60) days from the date of the Project Proposal (the “Project Proposal Date”).
