Authorization, Approval, etc No authorization, approval, or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority, regulatory body or any other Person is required either
(a) for the pledge by the Pledgor of any Collateral pursuant to this Pledge Agreement or for the execution, delivery, and performance of this Pledge Agreement by the Pledgor, or
(b) for the exercise by the Collateral Agent of the voting or other rights provided for in this Pledge Agreement, or, except with respect to any Pledged Shares, as may be required in connection with a disposition of such Pledged Shares by laws affecting the offering and sale of securities generally, the remedies in respect of the Collateral pursuant to this Pledge Agreement.
Application Approval Our representative will notify you (or one of you, if there are co-applicants) of the Application approval, execute the Lease agreements for signature prior to occupancy, and, once complete, credit the application deposit of all applicants toward the required security deposit.
Approval/Non-Approval We will notify you whether your Application has been approved or denied within 14 days after the date we receive a completed Application. Notification may be in person or by mail or telephone unless you have requested that notification be by mail. You must not assume approval until you receive actual notice of approval. The 14-day time period may be changed only by separate written agreement.
Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.
Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.
