Common use of Administration Expenses Clause in Contracts

Administration Expenses. (1) Except as provided herein, Administration Expenses may only be paid out of the Trust Account after the Effective Date. (2) Notwithstanding Section 13.2(1), Class Counsel shall pay the costs of the notices required by Section 11.1, including any related transaction costs, and, if required, the translation referred to in Section 14.11, from the Trust Account, as they become due.
