Common use of Administration of Light Duty Clause in Contracts

Administration of Light Duty. Assignments -Employees assigned to restricted duty will work under a chief officer. A chief officer will process applications or directives for restricted duty assignment and monitor the bulk of assignments with the goal of achieving the successful return of the employee to full duty. Restricted duty can be initiated at the request of an employee or as a request by the fire chief.
