Administration of payments and related performers list management activities. 4.1 NHS England reserves its functions in relation to the administration of payments to individual performers and related performers list management activities under the National Health Service (Performers Lists) (England) Regulations 2013 and other relevant legislation. 4.2 NHS England may continue to pay practitioners who are suspended from the national performers list in accordance with relevant determinations made by the Secretary of State. 4.3 For the avoidance of doubt, the ICB is responsible for any ad hoc or discretionary payments to Primary Medical Services Providers (including those under section 96 of the NHS Act) in accordance with Error!
