Administration of Agreement All approvals referenced in this Agreement must be obtained from the parties' contract administrators or their designees. All notices must be given to the parties' contract administrators respectively. The OAG's contract administrator is Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Chief, Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management. The Provider’s contract administrator will be provided at the time of execution. The parties will provide each other with written notification of any change in its designated representative for this Agreement. Such changes do not require a formal written amendment to this Agreement.
Rectification of Safety Hazard 60.12 Where, because of the existence of a safety hazard, a site has been stopped for a defined period of time and Employees sent off site by agreement between Site Managers and any combination of Union Official/s, Health and Safety Committee, those people who remain on site to do rectification work will be paid at the rate of double time for all such work.
Administration of Medication Employees required to administer or apply medication(s) prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, will be trained at the Employer's expense. Employees who have not received this training will not be permitted to administer such substances.
Administration of Claims The Fund or its designee agrees to administer all claims for which Fund Member has coverage after Fund Member provides timely written notice to the Fund. Fund Member hereby authorizes the Fund or its designee to act in all matters pertaining to handling of claims for which Fund Member has coverage pursuant to this Agreement. Fund Member expressly agrees that the Fund has sole authority in all matters pertaining to the administration of claims and grants the Fund or its designee full decision-making authority in all matters, including without limitation, discussions with claimants and their attorneys or other duly authorized representatives. Fund Member further agrees to be fully cooperative in supplying any information reasonably requested by the Fund in the handling of claims. All decisions on individual claims shall be made by the Fund or its designee, including, without limitation, decisions concerning claim values, payment due on the claim, settlement, subrogation, litigation, or appeals.
Data Protection Impact Assessments Xxxx shall provide reasonable assistance to Client with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with a Supervisory Authority, required under Data Protection Laws, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, Xxxx.
Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.
