Administration of Sponsored Programs. For all Contracts and Grants, California State University, Stanislaus shall serve as the applicant agency and the fiscal agent in the administration of Contracts and Grants. In some cases, the Foundation may serve as the applicant and fiscal agent. In all cases, the Vice ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ signature, as the authorized institutional representative, is required on all Grants and/or Contracts prior to submission. The University and/or the Auxiliary, in conjunction with the Principal Investigator, are legally responsible and accountable to the Sponsor for the use of funds provided and the performance of the Sponsored Program.
