Common use of Administration of the Collection Account Administrative Accounts Clause in Contracts

Administration of the Collection Account Administrative Accounts. All amounts held in the Collection Account Administrative Accounts shall be invested in Permitted Investments at the written direction (which may be standing directions) of the Master Issuer and such amounts may be transferred by the Master Issuer into an investment account for the sole purpose of investing in Permitted Investments so long as such investment account is (A) an Eligible Account, (B) pledged by the Master Issuer to the Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to Section 3.1 and (C) if not established with the Trustee, subject to an Account Control Agreement; provided, however, that any such investment in the Collection Account Administrative Accounts shall mature not later than the Business Day prior to the next succeeding Quarterly Payment Date. In the absence of written investment instructions hereunder, funds on deposit in the Collection Account Administrative Accounts shall be invested as fully as practicable in one or more Permitted Investments of the type described in clause (b) of the definition thereof. The Master Issuer shall not direct (or permit) the disposal of any Permitted Investments prior to the maturity thereof if such disposal would result in a loss of any portion of the initial purchase price of such Permitted Investment.
