Common use of Administration of the Collection Account Clause in Contracts

Administration of the Collection Account. All amounts held in the Collection Account (or any administrative sub-account of the Collection Account that may be established) shall be invested in Permitted Investments in accordance with the Collection Account Control Agreement at the written direction of ZVF. Investments of funds on deposit in any Series Account shall be required to mature on or before the dates specified in the applicable Series Supplement. In the absence of written investment instructions hereunder, funds on deposit in the Collection Account shall remain uninvested. ZVF shall not direct the disposal of any Permitted Investments prior to the maturity thereof to the extent such disposal would result in a loss of the initial purchase price of such Permitted Investment.

Administration of the Collection Account.
