– Administration or Designee. If the matter is not resolved at Step 2, the grievance shall be referred in writing to Administration or designee within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the written reply from the Director of the Department. Administration or designee shall issue a written reply to the grievance within fourteen (14) calendar days of the meeting between the parties.
