Administration; Reports. In general, the Custodian shall provide the Trustee with notification of any change in status of any Mortgage File. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the other parties hereto, who are preparing routine reports to Certificateholders, at the request of any such party, or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian's custody of the Mortgage Files.
