Administration; Reports. In general, to attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Trustee's Mortgage Files on behalf of the Trustee. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trustee generally in the preparation of reports to Certificateholders or to regulatory bodies to the extent necessitated by the Custodian's custody of the Trustee's Mortgage Files.
