Administration; Reports. The Custodian shall, at the expense of the Servicer and any subservicer, assist the Servicer and any subservicer (as may be reasonably requested in writing) generally in the preparation of reports to Certificateholders or to regulatory bodies to the extent necessitated by the Custodian's custody of the Files.
