Common use of Administrative Agent and Collateral Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent and Collateral. Agent shall each have and may exercise all powers that the Lenders have under the Loan Documents and shall exercise such powers on behalf of the Lenders, as applicable. All rights of action (including the right to file proof of claims) under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents may be enforced by the Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent, as applicable, without the possession of any Notes or the production thereof in any trial or other proceedings relating thereto.
