Common use of Administrative Agent and its Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent and its Affiliates. The Administrative Agent and any of its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Seller, Originator or Servicer or any Affiliate of the foregoing as though the Administrative Agent was not the Administrative Agent. With respect to the Advances made pursuant to this Agreement, the Administrative Agent and each of its Affiliates shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Liquidity Bank and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent.
