Common use of Administrative Agent and Other Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent and Other Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own use and benefit, the fees agreed to between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in that certain fee letter dated March 14, 2018, or as otherwise agreed to in writing between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders and the Arrangers, as applicable, the fees agreed to between the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers and the Borrower in that certain fee letter dated March 14, 2018, or as otherwise agreed to in writing among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, and the Arrangers.
