Common use of Administrative Agent Fee Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent on April 22, 1998, a fee in the amount of $21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, and in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, payable in advance on the first Business Day of each month commencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder.

Administrative Agent Fee. Such fee shall be payable annually in advance (a) on the first Business Day of date hereof and (b) on each month commencing anniversary thereof until the date on October 1, 1998, which the Commitments are terminated and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent facility hereunder is terminated in connection with the performance of its duties hereunderfull.

Such administrative agent fee shall be paid in the amount arrears in four (4) equal payments of $3,500 per month thereafter625.00 due on March 15, payable in advance on the first Business Day June 15, September 15 and December 15 of each month commencing year.
