Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the fees set forth in the Agency Fee Letter and such other fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay the fees to the Administrative Agent as set forth in the Fee Letter.
Administrative Agent Fee. The Administrative Agent and any Successor Agent shall be entitled to such fees as agreed upon between Borrower and the Administrative Agent for acting as the Administrative Agent.

The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own use and benefit, the Term Facility Administration Fee (as defined in the Fee Letter) on the Closing Date, and annually in advance on each anniversary of the Closing Date, so long as the Term Facility is in effect, or as may be otherwise agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Administrative Agent Fee. The Administrative Agent Fee of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), which shall be paid at closing out of proceeds of the Term Loan for the account of Collateral Agent.
Administrative Agent Fee. Borrowers shall jointly and severally pay Administrative Agent for its benefit a monthly fee in an amount equal to $1,500 per month in respect of Administrative Agent's services, which fee shall be fully earned as of, and payable in advance on the closing date and on the first day of each month thereafter.
Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to ------------------------ the Administrative Agent on the date hereof and on each anniversary of the date hereof the administrative fee described in that certain letter dated February 11, 1998 from NationsBank and NationsBanc Xxxxxxxxxx Securities LLC to the Borrower, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Administrative Agent Fee. The Company agrees to pay an annual administration fee to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, in the amount set forth in the Administrative Agent's Fee Letter, payable in advance on the Original Closing Date and quarterly thereafter.
Administrative Agent Fee. On the Closing Date and on the first Payment Date occurring in each calendar quarter thereafter, Borrower shall pay the Administrative Agent the sum of $50,000.00 in respect of the Administrative Agent Fee.
