Common use of Administrative Agent May Perform Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent May Perform. If Borrower fails to perform any agreement to be performed by Borrower hereunder, the Administrative Agent (for the benefit of the Secured Parties) may itself perform, or cause performance of such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Administrative Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Borrower.
