Administrative Agent May Perform. The Administrative Agent may from time to time, at its option, perform or cause to be performed any act which the Pledgor agrees hereunder to perform and which the Pledgor fails to perform. In addition, the Administrative Agent may from time to time take any other action which the Administrative Agent reasonably deems necessary for the maintenance, preservation or protection of any of the Pledged Collateral or of its security interest therein.
