Common use of Administrative Agent May Perform Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent May Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Administrative Agent may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Administrative Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Grantor under Section 17 of this Agreement.

Administrative Agent May Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained hereinin this Agreement, the Administrative Agent may, may (but without any obligation to do so and without noticeshall not be obligated to) after such prior notice as may be reasonable under the circumstances, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Administrative Agent incurred in connection therewith with doing so shall be payable by such Grantor under Section 17 of this Agreementthe Grantors.

Administrative Agent May Perform. If any either Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained hereinof its obligations under the Note, this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the Administrative Agent may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and and, with respect to any such action taken when an Event of Default exists, the expenses of the Administrative Agent incurred in connection therewith (including any attorneys fees) shall be payable by such Grantor under Section 17 the Grantors. Such expenses shall be payable solely by the Grantors and shall not reduce the amount due hereunder or the amount of this Agreementany Cash Payment.
