Administrative Agent Performance of Company Obligations. The Administrative Agent may perform or pay any obligation which any Grantor has agreed to perform or pay under or in connection with this Agreement, and which such Grantor has failed to perform or pay as and when due, and such Grantor shall reimburse the Administrative Agent on demand for any amounts paid by the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Section 8.
