Common use of Administrative and Attorneys' Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative and Attorneys' Fees. If Tenant effects a Transfer or requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer (whether or not such Transfer is consummated), then, upon demand, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord all third party, out-of-pocket costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ and paralegal fees incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent. Acceptance of the cost and/or expense reimbursement will in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.
