Administrative Appointment Sample Clauses
The Administrative Appointment clause designates a specific individual or entity to handle administrative tasks or responsibilities under an agreement. This may include duties such as managing records, coordinating communications, or overseeing compliance with procedural requirements. By clearly assigning these responsibilities, the clause ensures efficient management of administrative matters and prevents confusion or disputes over who is authorized to act on behalf of the parties in administrative capacities.
