Common use of Administrative Body Clause in Contracts

Administrative Body. All arbitration hereunder will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). If the AAA is dissolved, disbanded or becomes subject to any state or federal bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding, the parties will remain subject to binding arbitration which will be conducted by a mutually agreeable arbitral forum.
