Administrative Change. GPC may issue an Administrative Change to Generator. If Generator contends the change is substantive, Generator must provide written notice within 10 Business Days and GPC will prepare an Amendment for signing by both Parties. Otherwise, the Administrative Change constitutes an Amendment of this QFIA.
