Contract Modification; Amendment. An Amendment is effective only if made in accordance with QFIA terms, specifically including GPC Technical Requirements (Section 1.5.C(ii)), Notices and Contacts (Section 5.1), and Administrative Change (Section 5.5.A). Otherwise, an Amendment (by deletion, addition, or revision) changing a Party’s substantive right is not effective unless in writing and signed by that Party’s authorized representative.
