Common use of Administrative Charges Clause in Contracts

Administrative Charges. In the event any check, bank draft or negotiable instrument given for any money payment hereunder shall be dishonored at any time and from time to time, for any reason whatsoever not attributable to Landlord, Landlord shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedy that may be available, (1) to make an administrative charge of $100.00 or three times the face value of the check, bank draft or negotiable instrument, whichever is smaller, and (2) at Landlord's sole option, to require Tenant to make all future rental payments in cash or cashiers check.
