Grounds for Administrative Charges. The parties acknowledge and agree that it is difficult or impossible to accurately determine the amount of damages that would or might be incurred by the County due to those failures or circumstances described in this Section 11.1 and for which the Contractor would otherwise be liable. Therefore, the following administrative charges shall constitute liquidated damages, not penalties, for the Contractor’s breach of this Agreement.

  • Minor Administrative Changes System Agency is authorized to provide written approval of mutually agreed upon Minor Administrative Changes to the Project or the Contract that do not increase the fees or term. Upon approval of a Minor Administrative Change, HHSC and Grantee will maintain written notice that the change has been accepted in their Contract files.
