ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS. The Grantee shall not be in violation of any order, non-compliance order or any other administrative citation issued from any federal or state agency authorized to regulate PCC processing, or from any federal or state agency that regulates environmental, fire, water, air pollution or employee health and safety. Xxxxxxx agrees to notify CARE promptly if any such notice of violation, administrative citation or action arises during the Grant Term and is not resolved within thirty (30) days.
