Common use of Administrative, Financial and Audit Regulations Clause in Contracts

Administrative, Financial and Audit Regulations. a) This Agreement shall be audited, administered, and allowable costs shall be determined in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the requirements and principles applicable to the Contractor as noted below, including, but not limited to, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (referred to herein as the “Uniform Guidance”) as codified in Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The federal regulations specified below apply to the Contractor (excepting the "Audit Requirements," which apply to federally- funded projects only), regardless of the source of the funding specified (federal/non-federal) on the face page of this Agreement. For non-federally funded projects any right granted by the regulation to the federal sponsor shall be deemed granted to the Project Sponsor. It is understood that a Project Sponsor may impose restrictions/requirements beyond those noted below in which case such restrictions/requirements will be noted in Attachment B Program Specific Clauses.
