Administrative Grade Change Sample Clauses
The Administrative Grade Change clause establishes the process and authority for modifying a student's grade due to administrative reasons rather than academic performance. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which a grade may be changed, such as clerical errors, policy violations, or other non-academic factors, and specifies who within the institution has the authority to approve such changes. Its core function is to ensure that grades accurately reflect the intended evaluation and to provide a formal mechanism for correcting administrative mistakes, thereby maintaining fairness and integrity in academic records.
