Administrative Hearing Board. The Hearing Board as provided for in the Law Enforcement Officer's Xxxx of Rights (paragraph 727 (c)) shall be composed of three (3) members, all appointed by the Chief of Police. The Chairman of the Hearing Board shall vote to break any ties. One member of the Hearing Board shall be of equal rank and assignment (detective, staff officer, special operations or patrol) as the employee appearing before said Board.
