Administrative Needs. Employer shall, at their own expense, provide administrative assistance for Practitioner and his or her patients. Administrative assistance shall include, but is not limited to, billing, insurance claims, scheduling of patients, and any other everyday tasks necessary for the Practitioner to fulfill patients’ needs. Furthermore, administrative assistance shall be responsible for maintaining true and accurate financial records in accordance with industry standards that shall allow the Practitioner the right to audit such records for accounting purposes.
