Administrative Procedures Manual. The Conservancy shall comply with applicable County policies set forth in the Yolo County Administrative Procedures Manual, as may be revised from time to time. The Conservancy shall also comply with various financial policies and procedures as may be issued from time to time by the Department. Any deviation or exception from these policies must be authorized by the Conservancy Board of Directors.
