Common use of Administrative Processing Clause in Contracts

Administrative Processing. The administrative processing portion of the prelicense survey (which includes without limitation processing the application, preparing make-ready work orders, notifying joint users and other persons and entities of work requirements and schedules, coordinating the relocation/rearrangement of BellSouth and/or other licensed facilities) will be performed by BellSouth at Licensee’s expense. Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, BellSouth shall bear no responsibility for the relocation, rearrangement or removal of facilities used for the transmission or distribution of electric power.
