Multiple Applications. Where a Unique User Id or Device is permitted access to Data via multiple display applications, the Data Charge applies per Unique User Id or Device per Data Source, regardless of the number of display applications.
Multiple Applications. Applications shall be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications filed on the same date shall be treated as having been filed simultaneously and shall be processed accordingly.
Multiple Applications. 10.2.1 CLEC acknowledges the following:
10.2.1.1 That multiple parties including AT&T-22STATE may seek to place their Facilities in AT&T- 22STATE’s Conduit and Ducts or make attachments to Poles at or about the same time.
10.2.1.2 That the Make-Ready Work required to prepare AT&T-22STATE’s Facilities to accommodate multiple applicants may differ from the Make-Ready Work required to accommodate a single applicant.
10.2.1.3 That issues relating to the proper apportionment of Costs arise in multi-applicant situations that do not arise in single applicant situations.
10.2.1.4 That cooperation and negotiations between all applicants and AT&T-22STATE may be necessary to resolve disputes involving multiple Applications for permission to place Facilities in/on the same Pole, Conduit, Duct, or ROW.
10.2.2 All Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Multiple Applications. An employee who is the successful applicant for a position will not be considered for another position at the same classification for three (3) months from the date of the original vacancy except for Assistant Managers who will not be considered for another position at the same classification for six (6) months from the date of the original vacancy.

Licensee acknowledges that multiple parties including BellSouth may seek to place their facilities in BellSouth's conduit and ducts at or about the same time, that the make-ready work required to prepare BellSouth's facilities to accommodate multiple applicants may differ from the make-ready work required to accommodate a single applicant, that issues relating to the proper apportionment of costs arise in multi-applicant situations that do not arise in single-applicant situations, and that cooperation and negotiations between all applicants and BellSouth may be necessary to resolve disputes involving multiple applications for permission to place facilities in/on the same pole, conduit, duct, or right-of-way.
9.2.1 All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Multiple Applications. (a) You represent and warrant that in respect of any Application: (where multiple Applications for subscription of Offer Securities are not permitted) you have not made and will not make, and has not procured and will not procure, more than one Application for subscription of Offer Securities whether for you own account or for the account of any other person, and you have not been placed (whether for your own benefit or for the benefit of any other person) with any shares or warrants or interests which are of the same class or type as those applied for in the Application.
(b) You acknowledge that any breach by you of or any inaccuracy of the representation and warranty set out in this clause 6.3 may result in, in addition to the rejection of the Application, the rejection of other applications submitted us for ourselves or on behalf of other clients. You shall us on demand for all losses resulting from such breach or inaccuracy. You acknowledge and accept that the representation and warranty set out in this clause 6.3 will be relied upon by the us and the Relevant Persons in respect of the relevant Application.
Multiple Applications. Not more than one (1) Administrator shall be on Sabbatical Leave at any time. In the event that more than one (1) Administrator applies for a Sabbatical Leave for the same period, the Superintendent will recommend one (1) candidate to receive the leave. This recommendation will be based upon the needs of the District and shall not be grievable.
Multiple Applications a. If Licensor receives multiple applications for the same Private Rights-Of Way, such applications shall be processed on a first come, first served basis. Where multiple applicants are pending, Licensor may request that the multiple applicants develop a mutually agreeable order of facility availability and overall Make-Ready Work completion schedule. Where multiple applicants cannot reach mutual agreement regarding the order of facility availability and an overall Make-Ready Work completion schedule within fifteen days (15) of written notification from Licensor, then Licensor shall make such determination on an equitable basis, in Licensor’s sole discretion, which determination may give preference to the parties making applications in the order in which they were received.
b. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, in the case of multiple applicants, each applicant will bear an equitable share of the total Assessment Cost, Site Preparation Cost, and License Fee.

9.2.1 All Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Multiple Applications. Applicants may submit only one application under this solicitation. If an applicant submits more than one, then they will be contacted by EPA prior to the evaluation process to determine which one to withdraw. However, an applicant organization may be a partner on an application from another organization. Additionally, applicants can only receive one award under the EJSG and EJCPS announcements in 2021. If an applicant submits applications under both opportunities and is tentatively identified for selection under both, EPA will notify the applicant that they will have to decide which award they want.
