ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS. 4.1 The Association recognizes the right of the Board to administer its business operations, schools and staff members as limited by the stipulations of the current collective agreement, without dismissing the employment requirements of Catholic, separate schools as guaranteed by Article 93 of the British North America Act and the laws and regulations of Ontario and Canada.
