Administrative Service Fee. For the services, Insurer or its affiliate shall receive a fee of .25% per annum of the average aggregate monthly net asset value of shares of the Designated Portfolio(s) held in the Account, including through Profile or other fund of funds arrangements, payable by the Adviser directly to Insurer or its affiliate. Such fee shall be paid in arrears quarterly. Each quarter's fee shall be determined based on assets in the Account at the end of each quarter and each quarterly fee will be independent of every other quarterly fee.
