Common use of Administrative Services Only Clause in Contracts

Administrative Services Only. Except as Agent of Medical Practice, nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to allow Practice Manager to exercise control or direction over the manner or method by which Medical Practice and its Physicians perform Medical Services. The rendition of all Medical Services, including but not limited to, the prescription or administration of medicine and drugs, shall be the sole responsibility of Medical Practice and its Physicians and Practice Manager shall not interfere in any manner or to any extent therewith. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to permit Practice Manager to engage in the practice of medicine, it being the intention of the parties that the services to be rendered to Medical Practice by Practice Manager are solely for the purpose of providing management and administrative services so that Medical Practice can devote its full time and energies rendering patient treatment services and to the provision of Medical Services to its patients.
