Administrative Transfer Procedures. An administrative (involuntary) transfer may occur at any time at the discretion of the District to meet instructional or operational needs. For other than operational reasons, the District shall make a reasonable effort to notify the employee at least three (3) working days prior to the date of the transfer from one assigned location code to another.
