Administrative Trustee. (a) The initial Administrative Trustee shall be Barclays Global Investors, N.A. (b) Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, any power of the Administrative Trustee may be exercised by, or with the consent of, any one (1) or more Administrative Trustees. (c) Except as otherwise required by the Act, the Administrative Trustee is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust any documents that the Administrative Trustee has the power and authority to cause the Trust to execute pursuant to this Agreement.
