Administrative Website(s) Sample Clauses

Administrative Website(s). Secarus may, at its sole option, make one or more administrative websites available to Client in connection with Client’s use of the Services (each an “Administrative Website”). Secarus may furnish Client with one or more user identifications and/or passwords for use on the Administrative Website. Client shall be responsible for the confidentiality and use of such user identifications and/or passwords and shall immediately notify Secarus if there has been an unauthorized release, use, or other compromise of any user identification or password. In addition, Client agrees that its authorized users shall keep confidential and not distribute any information or other materials made available by the Administrative Website. Client shall be solely responsible for all use of the Administrative Website, and Secarus shall be entitled to rely on all Client uses of and submissions to the Administrative Website as authorized by Client. Secarus shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, or other liability arising out of any Client use of the Administrative Website or any information on the Administrative Website. Secarus may change or discontinue the Administrative Website, or Client’s right to use the Administrative Website, at any time. Additional terms and policies may apply to Client’s use of the Administrative Website. These terms and policies will be posted on the site.

  • Administrative Evaluation It is the intent of the SCD administration to conduct evaluations of non-priority- hire faculty as early as possible in a faculty member's employment in an SCD instructional unit.
