Admissibility of Settlement Agreement. This Settlement Agreement shall not be offered or be admissible in evidence in any action or proceeding except (1) the hearings necessary to obtain and implement Court approval of this Settlement; or (2) any hearing to enforce the terms of this Settlement Agreement or any related order by the Court.
