Admission and Initial Contributions of Member. AHFC shall be admitted as a member of the Company at the time it (i) executes this Agreement or a counterpart signature page to this Agreement and (ii) is listed as a Member on Exhibit B attached hereto. The Member made the Capital Contribution set forth next to its name in Exhibit B upon the formation of the Company. No interest shall accrue on any Capital Contribution made to the Company.
