ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL OF PARTIES. Additional public agencies may become Member Agencies of the ILJAOC upon such terms and conditions as are determined by the Board, and upon the unanimous consent of the ILJAOC Governing Board, so long as such addition(s) are not projected to increase costs to existing Member Agencies. Upon approval by the ILJAOC Governing Board, a written amendment to this Agreement shall be executed by all of the existing Member Agencies, as well as the additional Member Agency. Should increased costs to existing Member Agencies be anticipated due to the addition of a new public agency, unanimous approval must be received from the governing bodies of the existing Member Agencies, as evidenced by approval of resolutions and the execution of a written amendment to this Agreement by all of the Member Agencies, including the additional Member Agency.
