Withdrawal of Membership. By notifying the Auditor-Controller's Department in writing, between August 1 and August 31, any employee may withdraw from Association membership and discontinue paying dues as of the payroll period commencing September 1. Upon close of the above referenced 30 day period, the Auditor-Controller shall submit to the Association the list of the employees who have rescinded their authorization for dues deduction.

Withdrawal of Membership. By notifying the Auditor-Controller's Office in writing, between May 1 and May 31 any employee may withdraw from Union membership and discontinue paying dues as of the payroll period commencing on June 1. The discontinuance of dues payments will then be reflected in the July 10 paycheck. After May 31, the Auditor-Controller’s Office shall submit a copy of any written withdrawal request with a time and date stamp from the Auditor-Controller’s Office along with a list of the employees who have rescinded their authorization for dues deduction to the Human Resources Department for distribution to the Union.
