Admission of Students. The PSA shall enroll any student who meets the age and residency requirements and who submits a timely application for enrollment. The PSA may not discriminate in its admission policies or practices on the basis of intellectual or athletic ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, race, ethnicity, national origin, disability, gender, religion, or any other basis that would be illegal if used by a school district.
