Admission Standards. Admission to the District as a Transformation Public School Campus (as defined by the LEARNS Act) shall be open first to all resident students of the District public school zone as it existed the day before the execution of this Agreement and second for students that are not residents of the District public school zone as it existed the day before the execution of this Agreement but are otherwise permitted by law to attend the District. Students shall be admitted on a nondiscriminatory basis without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, creed, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, behavior, age, ancestry, special need, or proficiency in the English language, income or academic achievement.
Admission Standards. Admitted students must have a good-to-excellent academic record as demonstrated by a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 and meet all admission or specific requirements of VCU, including language proficiency test scores. Students who do not meet the VCU language requirement at the end of Phase I are required to enroll in the VCU English Language Program at the appropriate level. A maximum of 60 credits obtained at [UNIVERSITY] may be transferred to fulfill the course credit requirements at VCU. The minimum grade required for courses to transfer is a score of 70 % [“C”] equivalent for undergraduate courses VCU will post transfer credits only when the [UNIVERSITY] student has provided VCU with an official transcript from [UNIVERSITY]. VCU reserves the right to dismiss any student at any time for academic or personal misconduct in violation of established institutional policies. The dismissal of a student will not abrogate the agreement for the arrangements regarding other transfer students from [UNIVERSITY]. Students who successfully fulfill the degree requirements will be awarded a Bachelor’s degree by VCU.
Admission Standards. MWCC students who have a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher and have successfully completed one (1) college-level precalculus or calculus 1 course and successfully completed one (1) college-level laboratory science course may be offered admission to transfer to a bachelor’s degree program at WPI at WPI’s sole discretion.
Admission Standards. 4.1 Admission to Little Voyageurs’ is based on a commitment of enrollment through the completion of the child’s kindergarten year. 4.2 As a rule any child on whose behalf application is made should be 2 3/4 to 3 3/4 years old when (s)he starts school. The child be toilet trained, able to communicate intelligibly, and emotionally capable of participating in classroom activities. By signing this application form the parent(s) represent that the child meets all of the foregoing requirements. 4.3 The Administrator will notify parent(s) concerning the disposition of each application. Upon acceptance, new students and students entering the kindergarten program must have a physical exam and submit a current health immunization form signed by a physician. Health Summaries will be supplied by the school and must be received by the Administrator BEFORE the child starts school. No Student can be admitted WITHOUT this form as specified by state law. 4.4 If any child presents an unusual or serious problem which is not corrected in a reasonable time following consultation with the parent, or does not meet the standards of Section. 4.2, the Administrator may then request withdrawal of the child from school. The parent(s) of any child whose withdrawal is recommended may request in writing a review before the Board. After said review, the decision of the Board shall be final.

Admission Standards. The Nursing Home will accept and retain only those residents for whom it can provide adequate care. Prior to admission, you will have been evaluated by nursing, social work and the Medical Director or a designated physician, all of whom will follow prescribed admission procedures for the purpose of determining the appropriate level of care. The Nursing Home does not discriminate based upon race, creed, color, religion, veteran status, national origin, age, sex, sexual preference or sponsorship, marital status, disability, blindness or source of payment in its admission policies, and the Nursing Home does not consider these qualities when deciding whether to accept you for admission. The Nursing Home will not accept applicants who pose a risk of harm to themselves or to the other residents. The Nursing Home is not required to admit or retain residents who, because of behavioral disorders, are a danger to themselves or others, or whose behavior is so unacceptable that it interferes with the care and comfort of other residents. For your own safety as well as the safety of other residents, if you suffer from a communicable disease, you will not be admitted or retained unless a physician certifies in writing that the risk of transmissibility is negligible and you pose no danger to other residents, or if the Nursing Home is equipped and staffed to manage such cases. As required by law, the Nursing Home is a smoke free facility. This ban applies to smoking both indoors and outside on the Nursing Home grounds. Upon request, the Nursing Home will provide you with a copy of its smoking policy. Finally, the Nursing Home requires you to comply with all its rules and regulations, as well as with all reasonable requests of the Nursing Home Administrator and other duly authorized persons.

  • Institution Standards Residents are also responsible for reading, understanding and adhering to the academic and non-academic policies and procedures that have been established by the Institution, including the Code of Conduct and its penalties.

  • Construction Standards It is agreed that any construction undertaken by the Owner pursuant to the terms of this Agreement which is not shown on the approved engineering drawings and specifications shall be in accordance with Town standards as interpreted by the Director of Operations.

  • Reformulation Standards A “reformulated” product (a) contains lead in concentrations that do not exceed 90 parts per million, equivalent to 0.009%, in any exterior parts analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) methodologies 3050B and 6010B, or (b) yields a result of no more than 1.0 micrograms of lead when sampled according to NIOSH 9100 protocol and analyzed according to EPA 6010B. In addition to the above tests, the Settling Entity may use equivalent methods utilized by any California or federal agency to determine lead content in a solid substance or the amount of the bioavailability of the toxicant through a wipe test, respectively.

  • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 200.318, and shall subsequently follow, Property Management Standards, covering utilization and disposal of property.

  • Admission Policy The Academy shall comply with all admissions policies and criteria required by laws applicable to public school academies under the Code. The Academy must make a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment openings. Open enrollment must be for a period of at least two (2) weeks and shall permit the enrollment of pupils by parents and/or guardians at times in the evening and weekends, and shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law.
