Admission to Arena. Licensor shall not grant any spectator admission to the Arena for any Rangers Event unless such spectator has acquired and displays a Ticket or other indicia of admission (e.g., a press or related pass) to such Rangers Event issued by Licensor or the Rangers (or, if applicable, the League) in accordance with this Agreement.
